Continuing to try to cartoony my characters up - this time Billy. (And yeah, since such things matters - Billy is a cis-dude who likes female outfits. )

He got a bit taller and more older-looking. He's an adult, after all. Focused on the legs - I like legs, and he IS a rabbit.

I still think its a bit too detailed...
