So, I've gotten more into 3D stuff again, and I've decided to model Canin's personal space shuttle in full. This here is a test render I did a little while ago :3
The vehicle is my personal tribute to the space shuttle Columbia that was tragically lost on STS-107 along with it's 7 crew, the history of the disaster and subsequent loss of the vehicle has always meant a lot to me so what way to honor that then to have a similar vehicle included in the VIASTAR universe.
Canin's shuttle is modified with custom tile patterns in places along with upgraded internals including but not limited to: New cockpit internals and kitchenette system, gutting of all avionics in favor of all manual control, a new sleep accommodation package complete with mood lighting to help Canin actually sleep due to him not sleeping well most of the time, a new water and waste recycling plant, extra storage space in the mid and lower decks, nutrient pack generator system, more powerful engines that run off of macrofusion to generate all propellent (This goes for the RCS as well), Upgraded and more powerful Hyper RCS, a self repair system matrix, and an internal double ray shield generator along with twin Invis-MK4 heavy plasma machine projectors in the wing chine areas.
All in all, this shuttle is built to last forever, and is always ready to get the job done! No matter what that may be!
