I am VERy scared about posting these here for some reason Owo . i dont have much knowledge of the game and so i dont know how powerful or how weak or dumb these may be. So. This Posting will remain for a Short probational period. say 3-5 days. And after that. we'll see what happens. either they go into scraps or this submission gets deleted.

You need some clarity on the wording but overall nothing TOO overpowered. for your planeswalker, the +1 ability should read. Artifact creatures you control get +2/+3 until the end of turn.
-1, Gain life equal to the artifacts you control. Draw a card.
-2 target creature takes damage equal to the number of artifacts you control.
The middle spell. should read.
Target artifact becomes a 0/3 artifact creature. Gain 3 life.
The last enchantment should read.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1
Enchanted creature has protection from creatures until your next upkeep
If played during your first main phase target creature can not block the enchanted creature.

I would expect a 5 drop Planeswalker to have a better Ultimate and a more expensive ultimate if it's entering with 5 loyalty counters. Unless your goal is for it to be a utility removal.
I would either drop the +1 and make it a 2 drop
Or make it enter with 3 counters and have it's ultimate be something like a -5 all artifact creatures gain something etc
Or if you're set on that ultimate it should be a -4 and the wording should be target permanent takes damage equal to artifacts you control.
Middle card imo is too expensive of a drop for what it is it should be a 2 drop. I could see it being a better 3 drop if you changed the wording to "Target permanent becomes an artifact creature in addition to it's other types (this effect doesn't end at the end of the turn) "
Battle ready is too wordy and too confusing for an enchantment. Protection from creatures already makes you Unblockable. Protection from creatures is pretty powerful for a 2W drop
It should either be an instant or if you want an enchantment I would drop everything after the +1+1 and add in gains protection from color of your choice.
