We encountered a Greater Rust Monster in the game the other week. It had a frigging Aura of Rust within 20 feet! We lost a few swords. We ended up casting Continual Light on the darn thing and ran away into the Underdark. At least now, we will see it coming. The stinking druid wanted to try and befriend it and use it as a mount. We unanimously said no.
