Poor, Ruby. She got lost in the dark, smelly bog, with nothing but the cacophonous croaking of the toads to keep her company. What's an amateur adventurer to do? Wait, what was that sound? All she'd heard was the toads, but now there seemed to be a song. A glorious, happy song. She rushed towards it, knowing that sound was the key to getting away from this dank, horrid, stinking, charming, lovely swamp with all the flies she could ever want to eat. Then, up ahead, standing in the dust speckled sunlight of a clearing, she saw the mistress.
"Yes, come to me little toady. You'll soon fit right in with the others."
And the new little toad lived hoppily ever after.

Wow, so this file ended up being huge. The compression getting it to a displayable size utterly kills it. I should have reduced the original sketches on the digital canvas before I inked and colored them. Oh, well.
