Well, not really 'hard mode' I guess but for one, the remake is just easier in general. Secondly, the big one, on the bros attacks, you could use one of three modes. Mode 1 is just the slo-mo+visual commands. mode 2 is the visual commands but no slo-mo. mode 3, the one I liked, used less bros points and will do more damage but there was no slo-mo nor visual commands. I liked it since well... it not only made it a little more challenging, but gave a reward.
