Uh ... sorry about the parrot's name there. I thought, from the cover, that he was named Percy and only found out when I was writing up this description. Not a great name. Well, this is a copy from the cover of Wotalife Comics #1, cover date Oct-Nov 1946 by Fox Feature Syndicate. Original art at https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=77729 page 1 and I don't know who the original artist was. I was delighted to find stories about a kid version of Pan, as who wouldn't be. It makes me surprised Harvey Comics didn't try out a satyr character, who'd seem to fit well with their gleeful horror-characters lineup.
