Well to each their own, that’s totally fine you don’t like adoptables! I wasn’t a fan of them when I first found out about them tbh, I guess the concept just grew on me a lot over time. I may be very biased though because I’m extremely passionate about character design! That’s cool you like anatomy stuff though, and YUP anatomy makes my brain go insane too lol, that’s why I’ve decided to do the studies! They aren’t gonna look very professional or good at the start, but hopefully they’ll get more accurate over time!

also i am extremely salty over it being a money making device.
i really dislike money, well, not money per say but our current economy revolving around it like a cult... i digress.

You’re completely right! Though some adoptables are extremely well-thought out and researched, some really are a dice-roll. And some of mine are too lol; sometimes I literally will just go into a design without any idea of what I’m going to make, and the outcome will be a complete random surprise to me. You really can just make ANYTHING. But that’s also what I like about it, idk I guess I just love seeing what people can make outta nothing!

OOP apologies for the late reply! I don’t think the power of money is gonna be abolished at this point unless we have some sort of major apocalyptic scenario, and it CERTAINLY isn’t gonna start with the furry fandom stopping the adoptable business LMAO (kinda funny to imagine that tho)! 😂
i wouldn't say abolished but rather balanced as rules and laws are what gives money it's power.
which is a conundrum as people in power makes such rules and laws, so... the ones with money.
the logical step i see is auto-reliance, being provided all we need with minimal efforts, and i mean that for everyone... pardon me... this isn't the place for that and... i don't feel very well lately...
