Here's my first real attempt at an anthro character. It's not my best work but for a first time I think it could have been worse. I decided to go with an eagle character which proved to be real pain because there aren't as many references for talons on anthro legs as there are paws. There are many aspects that I wish were improved but that's just going to have to be done with time. I'm somewhat ashamed to say this took all month to complete, mainly because I couldn't bring myself to draw, I didn't even attempt to color it. Mainly because I wasn't as interested in drawing a bipedal character as I am with drawing dragons, plus there isn't much content here, but I can't just draw the same thing, I need to expand my abilities. The part I think came out the best is the right wing (your right, not the eagle's). The part I think came out the worst are the legs, maybe the tail feathers.

I usually might be to self-conscious to upload this picture, but I made a goal to upload at least one drawing a month and I don't feel like failing that goal within one upload. Next months drawing should be better and have more going on since I'm going back to drawing dragons along with a little story.
