In reaction to the passing of 
RockytheProcy, I wanted to show my appreciation for what he brought to the fandom the only way I really know how. He was one of the first furry artists i'd come across and his positive attitude coupled with his distinct artstyle always managed to bring a smile to my face. Even though it was from afar, I always admired how sincere he was in his interactions with other people. Just a jovial, kindhearted person from top to bottom with a ton of passion for cartooning.
I just wish I could've mustered up the courage to tell him that in person.
Rest in peace, Conner. You will be missed.

Wait what?? Holy...oh man, I'm devastated to hear this... Rocky was an artist I really adored, but not only that, he was a big inspiration for me and someone I actually talked to in the past and even commissioned. I had no idea he was even sick...that sucks. that really sucks. When I talked to him and when I worked with him for a commission, he was so fun, kind and upbeat. Despite our somewhat frequent talks and interactions on messenger many years ago, I couldn't say that I ever got close enough to him to be called his friend, but it still really hurts to hear that he's gone..
It's always so sad when we lose a member of the community, but this is the first time we've lost one who I really felt like I knew. I'm sorry for everyone who was his friend, family member, loved one..I know it's got to be tough. I regret letting my social anxiety get in the way and being afraid to talk to him more. He'll definitely be missed. Thank you Rocky/Conner for being an inspiration, for the art we all enjoyed, for the commission you did for me way back when and for taking a moment out of your time to chat with me when I bugged you back in the day.

You are not alone in that regard. I knew of him for a long time ago. Never talked to him too personally, but it is sad to see someone who has been online for so long suddenly be taken away like he did...
I did give him some standard support... and that’s good enough for me to have for him while he was alive then nothing at all.
