A Guardian from Tyrea is an experienced warrior as a part of an order to serve when called upon by militant or royal request, with the primary purpose of ensuring the protection and well-being of others.

Most of Zarko's features come from a wolf-like race referred to as Wolvari, but his more out-standing features of dark, armor-like scales, horns and tail come from a more drake-like one called the Drakthyr, previously known for creating a sub-species of half-Drakthyr known as Drak'sil, such as Zarko himself, and bearing clan markings just as most from the latter species do.

Fantasy story nonsense aside.

Essentially a wolf-drake hybrid character oriented toward fantasy in terms of character history/backstory but with potential for other themes like sci-fi regardless. Long-standing character of mine that I never could decide what I wanted out of him in design and history until the past year or so that I spent working on it on the side. While at the time I started using him I wasn't aware how overused dragon-wolf creatures were, I've opted for him to instead be wolf-drake with more fantasy history behind it to make it more interest, unique and not just generic "two cool species in one just because" since I also didn't want to completely redo everything about him!
