Ry: Oooooo electric-y, that's cool. and it's seems to hold onto and around their wrists in a cuff like manner too, electric coil motiff perhaps?
Carni: And a Gifite for the lovely and incredibly sweet
Kinasaur whom was WAY too sweet in gifting me some absolutely AWESOME Neo*P gift-art for like.. NO REASON! THEY ARE JUST LOVELY. OMG
Ry: Ohh my gosh how lovely and what an amazing piece it was tooooo Kinasaur you are so lovely and amazing ohh my goodness!!!
Carni: -Was so VERY compelled to come back from a shower-break because I HAD to SCREM about how amazing that was is the idea behind the lower-left comic-y-bit X33
Ry: Too much excitment to be contained by simple stinky XP
Carni: Oh! yeah! their character is a water-sprite! (I think!) not sure if that means they can water-shift or not; but it would be cool if they can! X33
Ry: Here's hoping they can because that looks so cool. Wonder how that would look fully waterified up since the transitional state is already super awesome ^.^

The design for Stunner was a couple of years ago. I no longer recall if teh bangles around her wrists were something I asked for, or if the artist added them when she did the design.
That said, I picture 'em as being a good way to channel her power so she can fire it off wherever she wishes!
