Its Tzeentch, it being not lore friendly is a lore friendly reason why he would have a Lord of Change that looks that way

Plus it would irritate Slaanesh by enroaching their territory, again more reason why Tzeench would do it

Pretty much, Tzeentch is one of the few individuals where "Because they can" is a perfectly valid answer to virtually any and all questions asking why they did something. :P

Yeah not sure if this would fall in the Tzeentch category of Slanesh but changing one's sexual identity is not really a pain/pleasure thing. So I can see it being more of a Tzeentch thing.

Well, it is a chaos god we're talking about. They have mouths on bellies that have arms instead of tongues, and the arms hold axes which have mouths on them. Tits on a bird doesn't even register on that scale. :D
