I BET this was the only way he'd take a bath.
Like, he keeps getting all sticky with honey (And Rabbit can only wash off so much!) but he refuses to scrub. (Only Kanga has a bath of course, so they'd have to go to her house to use it.) Slowly Stan gets more and more dirty until Rabbit hatches a sneaky plan. He says they should go swimming under the full moon, have a romantic date like old times, something sneaky and daring. Of course Stan accepts. (He knows about skinny-dipping.)
So when night falls they head out, and soon Rabbit regrets because of all the spooky noises and is hugging Stan close. Stan says he is not scared, there is nothing out there more dangerous than him (Then a bird caws and he jumps into Rabbit's arms.) But eventually they get to the lake and set their clothing aside. But it is very cold! They are shivering as they wade in. But that's ok, Stan knows a way for them to warm up!
The next morning Rabbit is very happy that Stan is now totally clean... and then he sneezes. Soon both are sneezing all over the place and will need to head to bed. Stan takes a big jar of 'medicinal hunny' and is soon all sticky again, and Rabbit sighs.

I think Stan and Rabbit would shower ONCE.
This is because showers are very small and hard to fit two people into. They would try -Stan would suggest it. ('C'mon, you SAID I need to get clean, this way I can get clean AND have fun!') but would soon have problems, getting all stuck and being unable to move. Then Rabbit bumps the shower and the water goes cold. Stan panics and makes the water HOT and they both yell and kick about until they fall out of the shower.
