The ability to come out of either means that its pretty easy to fix, it uses some magic or else the universe would explode because a person full of a person full of a person... would take infintite space BUT were not worrying about it like that. Its more magic so I'd say "Inside one has a belly full of themself. outside one has a belly full of sibling."
