Bio: He was originally a human being and was born from France until moved to USA as a citizen at the age of 25 till his untimely death at the age of 50. He was Treddy's friend and Spactia's (and silly perverted) teacher. He was a college professor to now the worlds greatest, scientific minds has to offer due to his amazing knowledge of medical, science, technology, research and history (especially supernatural and alien ufo-related). He likes any big breasted sexy women with at least size of G-cup or more, it's no wonder he is a perv, lucky him. He lives alone in a small but a special kind of apartment which it has a lab. His home was surrounded by woods which it takes about 10 minutes away from the city including Treddy and Spactia's home. Never married too (lucky for him). Until one day, his home exploded and had died thanks to the gas leak that everyone believed and mourned his death (but however it was a special kind of bomb made by the certain kind of crazy cult, who saw Arcen as a threat due to his known reputation, that killed him). However, he somehow survived but was slowly but mortally dying but he somehow stumbled a cave with a big capsule containing a protogen, an bio-machine like furry from another planet, by an accident. His only last, dying moments was he made a new discovery about this new capsule and he has no regrets throught out his whole life till now, only to be reborn somehow in a new body which the capsule contains all along. Not only he found himself in his new awkward situation but also gains a new unknown knowledge of such via computer download out of nowhere. After thinking a carefully decision, he names himself a new identity, Arcenciel (which ironically names rainbow in french due his new appearance has some rainbow colors on tips) and went back to his supposed destroyed home but thankfully had to bring out many stuffs of his not destroyed and intact as possible but not before contacting Treddy & some of his friends to help him out so he can move in to his newfound home, which is Treddy and Spactia's from now on (and much to all females annoyance and dismay due to he is a pervert after all). His new body is made of 60% organic and 40% machine. Doesn't need to eat nor drink except any form of drinking alcohol as a pure energy source which thanks to his unique of his new body trait of sort. But sadly he can't do sex no more due he lacks genital things (like his penis) but on the bright side he can feel and touch females breast especially Spactia (much to her dismay), lucky him :P . And finally his new body is an average size of an adult.

Abilities and function:
All he has only arment is right arm electric wrist gun (treated as a tazor gun like weapon of sort), advance hacking system (via metallic tentrils which can hack almost any form of computer virtually at will),
Unique overall scanning/detection funtions such as medical, survival, military (including bio, chemical, and nuclear), tech spec, cyber, material, and other (Etc) purposes. Can run really fast via superspeed as Quicksilver (from Xmen) nor Flash (from DC comics) . He can also touch, see, smell, and hear except taste (sadly) but can drink any drinking alcohol for some reason.
