Macro March 2021 - Weather Report
A month of macro sized characters in 2021, which will likely take 5 characters or more. Also a take on 
LorneLyon's dare for a challenge.
Candidate 01: Diego Dagdag the Weather Reporter
Diego drank some radioactive soda that transformed him into a muscular giant, hellbent on destruction across Sydney, only to be directly nagged at by his hyena girlfriend and instead persuaded to do weather reporting, since Australia began to suffer several more storms that had become more extreme than all tropical storms that hit East and Southeast Asia combined, and Diego was big enough to face them.
Diego quickly accepted the job, wearing nothing but a khaki sleeve-torn button-up shirt packing numerous report papers, an ID, a mic-attached earpiece, a black shades (worn against dust storms) and a green underwear, as he himself requested, although how he had these clothes were yet to be known. He happened to quickly enjoy his job, only because he found extreme kinds of storms to be both amusing to him and torturous against puny people and their property.
For someone doing a job to help people prepare for the worst, the way Diego was doing was clearly not helping the case, let alone a giant who loves scaring people with threatening gestures, like this very moment in front of the Sydney Opera House.

I love how the face looks like in here. Reminds me of some of the rage/monster faces from some

Yeah, right in the description under the pic states that Diego is too big and too strong to be overwhelmed by a dust storm.
Of course, he helps people before and during the storm, but in a mischievous way. However, he can lay off that attitude if he finds victims in a more serious state, which is a pain in his butt because he can't stand both taking dangerous events seriously and leaving others to suffer even worse.
