I think that you're being too hard on yourself. Took me a little while of looking at it to notice what I think you're pointing out (the tilt angle of the guitar which kind of....isnt there). Its still a strong image which I doubt the average viewer would care to get fixed on and disqualify the piece solely on that. His emotion takes all the focus of it and the shading is pretty nice. While it would be nice to see it in full color, it also has a "finished" feeling where its at anyways.

If anything, I can't get over the chain strap. Sure it screams "omg, I'm such a bad ass" but that shit's gotta fucking hurt to play with. Not knocking on it, just my view as a player having tried a chainmail strap (without a fabric backing) and that shit wore my shoulder out fast.

Character isn't actually a 'he,' FYI. At any rate I'm gonna try to fix it but I don't tend to give myself much leeway for mistakes. After a lifetime of fucking things up, I'm quite intolerant to it. Feel like I've long since reached my lifetime failure quota.

Per the chain, I knew that was unrealistic when I put it in but I figure that's not a guitar that gets used for the duration of a whole show. It's like a novelty, a fan-favorite for one or two signature songs.

Yeah, chains like that exist for that purpose. I didn't think of that when I invested in a chainmail one and threw it on for the first time at a show. Plus side was that since we were a metal band, I just looked like I was really pissed off to go with the mood. Not grinding my teeth in pain at all.

I'm not the kind of person to make a big deal out of mistaking gender but unless that joke of yours is meant to be a parody of rightwing scare tactics about 'cancel culture', it's just kind of stupid.
