Stories of fish-people making clandestine attacks on the surface have always circulated around coastal towns but raids have been increasing in number of late and tales from survivors all make mention of the fish people seeming to answer to a certain wizard known by his golden mask. Some speculate these attacks are this wizard making war on the surface but yet those learned in military tactics postulate these are raids in search of something rather than revenge. But what could this wizard be searching for? One could ask but he does not seem keen on talking to surfacers.
