A part-commission, part-trade with 
artofdroth, featuring her character Rylian undergoing his fateful transformation from fisherman to fishman.
After rescuing a mermaid from his fishing net, Rylian learned the hard way that men who capture a mermaid's fancy become tritons whose sole purpose is help these mermaids produce an heir. It'll definitely take some time for him to get used to his new form, but at least Rylian can feel validated in knowing that a mermaid thought he was cute!
