This Stand has time powers, eh? How does it compare to DIO's The World, Jotaro's Star Platinum and Diavolo's King Crimson?

It's design and name has changed since I posted it, but it's main ability is accelerating and decelerating the user, with enough training the stand can timestop via acceleration, but it's more physically and mentally draining than SP and TW.

Decelerating is more defensive and allows better endurance and protection, but only with signifigant enough slowing, otherwise it's almost purely negative to do so.
