This is once again an older pic.
It's from my hetalia-time where I really enjoyed the show. This is the chracter Belarus in all her creepy glory, haha. I always loved her outfit. Together with her rather quirky and violent personality in the show, it always had something Alice-in-Wonderland in it. Just the creepy twisted version.
