Filled in a base with Blackout's design, and honestly, I love it the more I use Blackout. Definitely up there as one of my favorite OCs!

The base I used is by doorstepghost, and I did edit it slightly to better fit Blackout's design. It's mainly just the addition and removal of a few lines where the yellow strip would be, so nothing huge. I did the coloring, and the base belongs to the aforementioned artist.
