When you enter a library, it’s recommended to follow the rules there. And if the librarian is a dragon, don’t get into an argument with him, or you could face harsh consequences. The harshest penalty only gets imposed from time to time, otherwise the library would lose too many customers. But a certain wolf customer was so difficult he had to receive it.
