Well after that rude, unfriendly encounter with a drunk in town, Boothill's mother can only hold onto him as he is still crying all the way home. Once inside the house, she puts everything down and knows what will help calm him down, taking out a beautiful music box that has been in the family for generations, turning it on as she gives him his bottle. By the time he stops crying, she takes him back to his crib where he can enjoy the rest of his nap peacefully without any more unwanted guests stepping onto their property to give them trouble. And to keep him asleep, she turns on the music box again and keeps beside him, which does the trick.
