Physical punishment, a spanking for being naughty. She is using a line from an old Red Skelton sketch about a Mean Widdle Kid who always did bad things--"I dood it!" The character was so popular back in the 1940's that, when Skelton helped raise money to buy a bomber plane for the Soviets in WW II, the plane was named "I Dood It!"
Oh, I'm sure if you remember Bugs Bunny, you've seen a few Red Skelton skits. Red had numerous characters he portrayed on stage. His most famous was Freddy the Freeloader but he was also famous for Clem Kadiddlehopper, The Mean Widdle Kid, Gertrude and Heathcliff (the talking seagulls), and several more.
