This is one of the most beautiful artworks I've ever seen! I love harmonious scenes about characters with opposite traits. In this case, robot and organic.
Also, I'm impressed how you considered the refraction of the water surface when you painted the fish underneath! Water surface doesn't work like glass when you look at it from all angles, the images of what's below can appear flatter, bent, or misplaced but that's how water physics work.
