Based on some new lore I had written up, Al'KuhXul takes on some changes to devour an alternate dimension.
Including a black hole stomach, which can be regurgitated up to eat (as seen here). As well as featureless eyes. Not sure what other changes I might make if any, but neck-up, that's it.
