Some of Julie's description will share with Shun's. She is provided a double-sided hammer, alongside her shield, in reference to Gorem and Hammer Gorem.

Summary:
Julie Makimoto (or more preferably Hayward) used to live in a lone place somewhere in the Australian Outback, just years before moving into the Californian town of Bayview, where she became friends with Dan Kuso earlier on. Few months prior to Dan Kuso's departure to the unknown, she began working as a news reporter. When she got word from her friend Runo Misaki about her plans to give Dan a surprise party on his return, she wanted to broadcast it as he had been famous since his last and effective victory back in his games. Runo insisted on keeping it low profile but allowed Julie to film the party as something worth remembering for Dan.

Julie also agreed to join Dan on his secret mission, as to take a long break from her job and her slightly stressing paperwork. She was more familiar with cameras, so she took charge of setting up CCTV cameras around the van, as well as one mini camera installed inside Dan's coat.

Julie reached for a walkie-talkie, waiting for her younger friend Marucho Marukura's response, only to hear nothing but static sounds. She reached for a monitor, only to see static screens, connected into Dan's mini camera left and destroyed on ground. Out of fear for Marucho's safety, she and Shun drove their van back to the hotel. They returned into the room they rented but were shocked to see Marucho's new dragon form, as well as the transformed Runo.

Part 1
Julie and Shun were both dragged by Marucho and Runo respectively, back into the Stonehenge to confront the transformed Dan and the mysterious draconic wizardess.

Shun: Well, this is getting more interesting than expected
Julie: What do you mean, Shun?! Dan, Runo and Marucho are all dragonified!
Shun: True, but I assume that this is all on that dragon woman.
Julie: Really? But what if she is just another victim too?
Dragonness: Oh you flatter me young lady, that boy with a black hair is correct about me. I am the one transforming your friends into my loyal dragon warriors, and now you two will join me on world domination.
Julie: You've got to be kidding me.

Part 2
As Julie pondered on what to do to deal with the dragon wizarddess and Shun just stood still watching the scene, the said dragonness used magic to turn these two into muscularized dragonoids but with different elements. Julie became hard rock-solid and aggressive and Shun gained green avian-like elements and developed a habit of hovering above ground. Noticeably, Julie bore a shield of her own made out of titanium and coated with gold and pink-painted steel, and was somehow muzzled on her snout, likely to protect her from consuming toxic substances.

Julie: Grrr! You've made me hard angry! I wanna punch something! Like those rocks standing here!
Shun: Well, isn't this bad? I feel like flying even if I'm not using wings.
Marucho: More like hovering, no doubt. Though it bothers me that all your little fellow is made for is to use wings for both flying and attacking.
Dan: No need to worry about Shun's habitual hovering. All we need to do is to plan our way to take over Amesbury without getting unwanted attention.
Marucho: Even if we do it right and discreet, we'll eventually be noticed.
Dragonness: I do never care about attention. I just want the world to recognize dragons such as us as the main dominant species ruling every corner of Earth.
Julie: Where shall we start?
Shun: Do you mean Amesbury?
Marucho: No, I get where Julie's getting at, but her Greatness has something else better for you two.

Part 3
The dragonness used the same magic onto Julie and Shun. Pretty much like Marucho, Julie turned into a big wingless dragon, but her back was packed with a spine of hard rocks and two bigger stalagmites. This form also overgrew her armor and her snout muzzle.

Shun on the other hand grew his wings longer and larger, even than Dan's and Runo's combined. He still enjoyed hovering above ground.

Julie: RRRRAAAAAHHH!!! I AM SO BIG!!
Dan: As big as my dragon form, Julie girl
Julie: What?! Seriously?!
Shun: How cute. I'm flying as beautiful as a butterfly.
Julie: PFFT! Gay! I look like a dragonified rhino!
Dragonness: Well, now that you are all satisfied with your new forms, how about you take your time to listen to my plans. So, any questions before we proceed?

Conclusion:
After losing contact with last of Dan's friends, I had alerted my agency about that dragonness's next move. I couldn't let her or even her new warriors transform everyone around Amesbury or worse, the entire Britain. And yet at the time, I underestimated her. She happened to be more than I expected what she was capable of.
