Going through some old files, I found this little prototype sketch made in anticipation of the launch of my humble little webcomic, The Draconia Chronicles, when we decided that one of the cornerstones of the story would consist of Scyde killing Gaia in cold blood. This piece dates back to the fall of 2004. Yeah, my style's evolved a touch since then. ^__^

I have a bad habit of the moment I see a character, I almost instantly fall in love with that character; if he/she is cool, badass, or have a deep character structure, like Gaia for example. I still mourn to her death to this day....
The only thing I didn't like Scyde doing....
