With Elly working as an executive chef and Leafy being a butcher, it makes sense that the two sisters have arranged a deal where every odd day of the week with Monday being 1 and Sunday being 7, Elly comes over to pick up some crates of fresh meat. Right now Elly and Leafy are having a bit of a chat as Elly fill in the necessary paperwork to pick up the crates, and while they do see eachother quite often, there's always at least one thing they can mention in passing, be it a new intern or a stingy customer or even current events! Elly always comes in her casual outfit before changing to work clothing, and Leafy hasn't had time to stain the apron yet. It's early in the morning after all!

Elly doesn't work in a street kitchen, so she has reason to restock 4 times a week, plus it keeps the meat fresh.
Leafeon's still a canine, and Leafy thus is an omnivore even if she was feral, and because mother nature gives and takes life, Leafy not only lactates and sells her own milk, but she also embraces the takes life part too and opened a butchery of her own. That Elly happened to pick the chef career is purely coincidental
