This is John Tobin's Female Arbok, Vena.
She is gentle towards John and his Friends and other Pokémon. She's a sweetheart and cares for John very much.
Despite being a Poison-Type, she's very gentle when eating John because of her friendship towards her trainer being maxed out. Her Stomach heals her Trainer and their Friends, so that they may continue to live.
Instead of a Face on her hood, Vena has a Big Green Heart, because of her Friendliness towards Humans who are friendly.
