Once Arceus was done explaining the whole story, it was Rayquaza's turn to explain.
"When we left the alternate dimension to go back towards the mortals, I was in the middle of stopping Groudon and Kyogre from trying to kill each other again..."
Arceus sighed. The god of the lithosphere and the goddess of the hydrosphere were well known for their feud, that had begun from the moment they were created.
Rayquaza spent more time keeping them away than doing its own duty before the Great Schism.
And the Schism and exile didn't change things, alas...
"At the moment we were back, the energies we were using in this fight exploded. I don't know what happened to them. I was knocked out, deprived of most of my strength, and collided in a mountain, where the resultant cave-in buried me. I regained consciousness and got out at best an hour ago."
"That was some nap," joked Tornadus.
Thundurus chuckled, and the others glared at them.
"Anyway, I tried finding them. And I felt godlike fire and water energies. I now know it was the residues of these two champions' growth," he pointed at Cid and Ralph, "but I thought it was them. And you know the rest."
A silence came.
"You will have to show me your power more in detail, new brethren," he said to Bill. "I would really like to see it."
"No problem," smiled the Mega-Swampert.
"But for now, let me try to sense these two idiots for real. Now that I can focus, I can do it anew. Maybe they are still knocked out, since there were apperently no news from them and- THERE!! And close to each other, they must be at it again, dammit! The time to stop them and tell them to get here, and I come back!"
And he immediately took off, disappearing in a blink of an eye.
"I wouldn't like to have a job like his," commented Angus. "Having to perpetually babysit two manchildren..."
"That's what you're doing for Landorus right now," snarked Al.
"True," admitted the Conkeldurr. "Maybe I should offer him a relief too."
"And maybe I should see that Landorus doesn't get too used to his," added Arceus.
A few more minutes came by as they waited Rayquaza.
Finally, the god of atmosphere came back.
"So, how much damage did they-"
Arceus' words died in his throat as he saw the god of the atmosphere's face.
He looked completely and absolutely gobsmacked, as if he just had a hundred simultaneous strokes.
"Rayquaza?! What happened?!"
"Groudon... Kyogre..." stammered Rayquaza. "Kissing..."
"What," said everyone.
"Lovingly..."
"What?"
"Married..."
"What?!"
"Happily..."
"WHAT?!"
"Expecting..."
"WHAT?!?!"
"Triplets..."
"WHAT?!?!?!?!"
"Do not compute..."

It'll be explained in the next pics (not before a while, alas, I have to commission them )
For the last question, you clearly missed a line: "The god of the lithosphere and the goddess of the hydrosphere"
Meaning, Groudon's male and Kyogre's female in my verse.
(Also, Rayquaza's male, in case you were wondering )
