Wasn't exactly sure what to do with this... It's not a story, but it's not a poem either.... AT least I didn't mean for it to be... This took approximately.... 3 minutes to come up with?? something like that. anyways. What's written is below since I know it won't show up here. :)

Isn’t it weird?
We fight day and night,
Oh the hot steel
The painfully hot lead
Whizzes by us
And the shifting of the wind
And the cries of others,
Makes the air
The most God-awful thing to hear
Oh over and over,
One must close their eyes
The carnage about,
Will scare anyone,
Here no one cares about differences,
You’re a brother
Which means your death
Would be a saddening tragedy
The buildings fall
As steel wings
Fly overhead
The Air force is here…
And in a flash they are gone.
The damage is done,
The battle…won.
Yet has anyone won?
The dead lie everywhere
The black sticks of death,
Litter the ground,
Has anyone really won?
The ground is now rubble,
From buildings long gone,
Smoke fills the lungs,
And kills the heart,
And you say someone has won?
How can anyone have won?
Both sides have lost,
Fighting is now declaration,
A declaration of death…
For now both have lost,
And what has been gained??
