I'm afraid I know this Charlatan. She was in the news for crimes against nature if I'm not mistaken! She has since escaped into Maritime law.

Also she made me a lovely "Podicon" once, but I don't know what those do or how to get it into my E-phone.

Well my good sir, I'm just here to do portraits and figure studies, as that is where my expertise lies. I'm afraid I can't do much in the ways of law enforcement or tech support for ya though. Still, I appreciate the comment.
