Made this wooden Px4 SD for a gender bent Canaan cosplay I did at SacAnime.

Basic shape was cut using a sawzall while bracing a 2x6 with my knees. (I do not recommend doing this. It was a very stupid thing to do)

I then cut the details using a dremel tool, and an X-Acto knife.

After final sanding I used a drill to put a hole through the hammer and then hammered a small nail against the slide to embed the faux notches into the slide.

The black is actually just liberal use of a large Sharpie marker and then the rest was painted with acrylic. The tip was painted with Orange Nail polish and left extended out to make it obvious this was not a real firearm.
