Draci's older sister. Draci is 18 though I don't emphasize that. Deci was lost at the age of 4, and was raised by wolves. These wolves lived off the land, and taught her their ways. Deci now scrounges the curbside, for food in cans. Generally is a more serious level headed person then her other sisters.
