Seasonal Recurring Character on Gusty Valley
Vanessa is an Astronomer and a part-time Kindergarten Teacher.
She's friends with Carol as they both have fun partying and hanging out with children.
Vanessa loves the outer space as well as talking about how the intergalactic galaxies and stars are formed and where they are and come from.
She even likes to know if aliens do exist, but who knows, she's probably nuts as always.
One big downside is that Vanessa always drinks beer and some alcohol while partying. Her husband, Chaz was not pleased about Van drinking all the time, and he continually tells her to quit drinking or things will get worse.
One night, Vanessa invited Carol on her cousin's 25th Birthday. Van's cousin just finished college and to celebrate they all went to a bar. All but Carol got drunk, even though Carol was a bit out of the weather from dancing and singing all night. After the party, Carol insisted of calling the taxi, but Van continually giving her gestures saying no and she's still driving. While Vanessa was drunk driving, Carol realized that Van was about to run over a red light, but it was too late. They got collided by another car in the intersection. Van was seriously hurt and was rushed to the hospital, but as for her cousin and Carol, they died.
