Aaah this is a neat looking character! For gender, there's always nonbinary. The hair makes me think this person cares enough about their looks that they might do it professionally. For example, they could be an actor who plays in a show that makes tribute to anime characters having larger-than-life hair (That's an idea I did once with a character in reference to YuGiOh). Perhaps a hobby they have could be a particularly laid-back sport, such as bocce ball? Idk I just felt like throwing some ideas hahaha
