Heavily inspired by Rumble from League of legends. Was born from the idea of a Dragon mage Rumble skin I created and I used it to create my own character. I don't take full cred for him I just take it for his design and name. He's a Draguine Flua, my own species. Draguine Flua are regarded as Royalty due to the strength and rarity in the bloodline.
