First off, this pose was extremely annoying. Mostly because it's an extremely awkward pose. Like I literally ended up using five different images for references to try and get a good feel for the way things lined up. And that's probably why some of the things don't look like it matches the body. Ah well, I still think it turned out decently enough anyway. And this is more or less what Anon should look like, with more black fur.
Anon is one of my more common characters that I will re-use. With the exception of The Consortium where they're a Sym mage and don't really show these, Anon is typically done as a hybrid fighter (monk is probably more accurate since they only fight bare-fisted or with a staff) and mage. They are always good at magic with a specialization towards Electricity and Shadow magic. Though they do have some attacks in Shadow Magic, they mainly use Shadow magic in a more defensive or utilitarian manner. Electricity magic is where they mainly have the vast majority of their offensive spells. And Anon's strongest spell is called Arc.
With Arc, Anon lowers one hand to the ground and starts drawing in all of the electricity in the area and condensing it all into their other hand. There is no real limit to how much power that can be gathered. The more power in the area available for Anon, the faster they can charge, but ultimately if they spend enough time charging there is no limit. Once Anon has enough charge for what they want to do they'll step forward, put the arm forward and unleash all of this charge (either as one burst, or as a weaker stream). And this spell is extremely difficult to control. But here's the thing, it's controlled.
Arc does not behave like normal electricity. It does not obey the path of least resistance. It only obeys Anon's will. The moment the attack is fired for the duration it's fired Anon has to try and will it to go through whatever path they want (thus the stream, though much weaker, is more likely to eventually hit its target). So theoretically we're talking about something with the power of a bolt of lightning flying forward 90 feet down a hallway to an intersection, completely ignoring the lightning rod and instead making a hard right turn. Then going right through the Faraday cage, right through the rubber suit to strike someone through the heart, then turn to go through their brain as well before either turning to a new target or dispersing against the ceiling or the floor. And given enough charge Arc can go through anything, even things like lead and concrete. It might lose a bit of power but Anon can just charge as much as they want.
So yeah, very strong, nigh unstoppable attack if Anon is given enough time to charge it up and is actually able to control it correctly.
