I have an affinity for aquatic life and well, octopi are my favorite among them. So I wanted to make an AU Catt that had their features... somehow. But the Ursula look was so overdone that I needed something different. And I like the idea of them coming out of her face. The tentacles don't have a static color, liken to her hair.
