1. The Artist has the right to cancel the auction for any reason.
2. The Artist retains all rights to the artwork. Image rights can be negotiated for an additional cost.
3. The Artist retains the right to display the artwork on personal galleries, websites, and social media and to include it in art books.
4. The Client may not profit from the artwork. This includes selling prints and merchandise. The Character may be re-sold or traded if the Client contacts the Artist beforehand to obtain permission.
RAHZANJI
”Rahzanji is a cheerful and tough young mermaid. Her long, black hair has a vivid iridescent shine, and her deep blue eyes shimmer like the ocean waves when the light hits.
The silver neckpiece and armband are decorated with a kelp pattern, gemstone inlay including a precious family gemstone with supposedly magical powers.
She keeps her shark tooth knife in a durable fabric sheath around her upper left arm. The knife handle is made out of seal bone and has a simple silver decoration.”ToS
