Okay so here's what my friend bought for me from STARWARIOR001 on DA.
So in honor of women's day of course here's a shiny Lucario who wears a black shirt and is called Katy, she is mainly into kickboxing for some practice and it's not like she is angry or anything like that at all, she just does one for training for some proofs that women's and female Pokémon's can do anything. So Happy National Women's Day I'm sorry for missing the day of Pokémon after 25 years of Pokémon's, I bet you Katy herself is in it for a popularity and the love of people who respected Lucarios everywhere.
