While I roll my eyes at the pearl-clutching rationale for the redesign offered by the director, I do think redesigning her is a good idea, if for no other reason than to bring her in line with the rest of the Tunes' design language. Bugs basically has noodles for arms and legs, and a bean for a body. Same goes for the rest of the characters; nobody else has the level of anatomical realism that the OG Lola did. She stuck out like a sore thumb.

Now she just needs to be animated in a way that clearly shows every in-between artist doing her off model, written by a crew and cast that get the original voice actress to appear as the original Lola, badmouthing and making fun of fans that have a problem with treatment like this to their franchises.

Honestly I'd rather watch that anime reboot from a few years back than watch whatever the hell Roar was supposed to be. I dislike these new art styles for these cartoons now. Either they look like fat chibis, noodle arm and legged stick figures, or they all look like they have Stretch Armstrong bodies.
Since my great uncle did the voice of the original Panthro I grew up with that show close to my heart. And seeing what they did to the franchise with Roar was just bad imo.

Nice touch with the hand, I almost didn't notice it at first since I was too busy laughing at the rest of the joke.
I'm guessing the outrage is real and not the fabricated delusions of an entertainment journalist writing clickbait bullshit? Oh goodie... more drama started by worthless pearl-clutching trash with Nothing Better To Do.
Did they at least keep/build upon her personality from the original movie or are we going to get another round of "psycho stalker" from The Real Loony Toons? If the latter, I'm definitely out. My brother and I both dated too many Lola's to put up with that.
