There's a fancy gala going on in uptown Petropolis, and this was the perfect opportunity for the Diabolical Order Of Mayhem to infiltrate it, and swipe the valuables of the Petropolis Elite. So, Snaptrap and his men are going undercover to do so.
Unfortunately, the best disguise that Snaptrap could come up with was to put himself on top of Francisco and Bad Dog, dress them up as a woman, and hope that it'll pass them off as a real woman. Snaptrap even went as far to call himself "Madame Freakishly Humongous," given how unrealistically tall he's become. XD

General Guar, however, is groaning and facepalming at the fact that three grown adults have stacked up on top of each other to become a woman, instead of just getting three dresses, and disguising themselves as women normally. He believes that no one will believe Snaptrap's posing as a real woman like that.
So, here's his reaction. Along with him grumbling the iconic line from the Honeymooners to sum up his feelings. X3
