Well, I suck at drawing hands as well, but if it helps, the middle finger is longer and slightly thicker than the index finger.

The index finger is a little thin near the end. The rest looks fine to me.
If she is looking at the viewer, then bring the eye down a little.

Well, first off: Don't use lined paper. ^^

Try not to use crayon or pastel if you can help it. As you can see, it's difficult to not cross boundaries using them. Try colored pencils next time. They're a lot easier to erase/fix than crayon, and can hold a tip far better, giving you better accuracy.

That's really the only things I think you should do. The linework looks pretty good, albeit a bit choppy and wavy. Try doing it in pencil first and make your corrections there, then ink it.

I wish I could ink it but I don't have the supplies to do it yet. but I did use pastel. As for the lined paper That was all I had at the time.

Actually you dont even need a pro inking pen.
I fine tip sharpie or projector pen will work.

Looks rather nice, ten times better than anything I could draw. I'm not that skilled at drawing but the only flaw I see is the fingers are little off., other wise great!
