It answers what colors the departments you'd expect on a ship are. It also makes me wonder why there are "Wizards" and an "Occult" department on the ship. Also, does "Cargo" mean the person wearing the uniform handles cargo or IS cargo? Also, who wears the "Slime" uniforms and why? Finally, I know you've explained the clowns on the ship before, but... that still just boggles my mind.
