There once was a Jirachi that hailed from wish cave in the PMD universe. Her name was Starphione. She would be the ones that numerous pokemon would see across a long span of time. When they arrived, she would grant a wish after battling them to deem them worthy of such wishes. However, upon getting a curtain call from the voice of life, she was needed somewhere else across space and time. She had answered the call once the voice of life had found her replacement.
Time passes, conflicts happens and history is written as more centuries pass by. Starphione had met with a Victini known as Manni during her time as a guardian of one of the mythical temples of evolution in MultiRealm (The universe she was in). The two eventaully fell in love and spent the rest of their days together, which the two would bear two eggs. One was Victti the other was Jirri. Destiny hat hit Starphione again and as a result, due to an emergency, she left Jirri and Victti in the hands of Zanos which much later on Sol would soon take care of the eggs in his generation since the eggs were believd to hatch in that generation too.
Jirri is a calm and collected fellow with an Australian accent who sometimes loves messing around and perform pranks. Unlike Victti however, he's more akin to the regular English language rather than Australian slang.
Today, He's trained well enough to perform any type of magic and wish that comes his way. He has a soulmate named Leslie that loves his humor and personality and has a family with her; A jirachi daughter named Lilli and a mew son named Axsol. Whenever Jirri and Victini are hanging out, they sometimes would cause explosive trouble like doing duo pranks with Jirri being the brains and Victti being the props. Jirri you could say, has an implosive personality.
Jirri, Victti and Leslie from time to time would team up to take on rescues in mystery dungeons. Whenever they do a uniquely excellent rescue and the client has good intentions, the client gets asked a wish they want from Jirri. The three love spreading joy around too. How the team is formed is still not yet known. Though they are all relatives, so it could have been because they think it would be fun.
Other from his above activities, he would take his place in a new Star Cave he calls Neo Star Cave in place of his mother now a days. He likes granting wishes. But if they demand them harshly without good intentions, he'll just refuse. Jirri cares a lot for the well being of everyone around him and I hope ye do like him.
Btw... he has quite the appetite as he's the master of inflation and he's Sol's right hand mon'. You could say the mascot of my entire page like Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog or Persona's Jack Frost.
Jirri has a device he and Victti developed called the DP-Wand. It has the power of the P-Balloon to inflate whoever is the user's target is. It can also be used to bloat any individual with any beverage or liquid like food that comes to mind, like Orange juice or jello. As of Pokemon Sword and Shield, it can Dynamax any target the user desires for a limited time. DP stands for the Dynamax P-Balloon.

Special Ability: Sharingan Paths
- User becomes intangible to all attacks for as long as the user uses the ability. All attacks may have a chance of causing sleep. However while active, the user takes 1/3 of their HP worth of damage every turn. In actuality, Jirri's third eye changes when it's active. When it is used for far too long, his eye strains significantly and it may start to bleed from the pain of using the prowess.
Likes: Leslie, Arystatla, Axis' inventions, "Bomber Bombara Bros" pranks, Granting wishes, Balloons, [being inflated with water, helium or air. (Preferably Water)], eating a lot!, Victini, being lazy, taking siestas, belly rubs, using the DP-Wand.
Dislikes: Anyone who messes with him or Leslie/ V.O.I.D. (previously Ankoku) / Dark Chocolate / Favorite stuff taken from him/Seeing his friends in peril/Someone forcing him to grant wishes, vore in general.
