*Seeing and hearing as what Hollywood is doing with their ridiculous anti-male lead propaganda and "strong female characters" who are nothing but boring flawless Mary Sues, I would like to assure viewers that I'll be trying hard not to make my OC one of those types whether you think of Rey or Captain Marvel. That's not what I plan to do with her. I just haven't thought of any weaknesses or flaws she might have, which I'm still thinking about. And I still can't believe I just made my first OC based on "Wild West Cowboys of Moo Mesa" that I thought would never happen. But I'm doing it now and I must keep going.*
Now presenting Harmony's horse Windstorm that she rides along during the search for her long lost childhood friend Boot Hill Buzzard (yet still knows him by his real name) who she believes was kidnapped out in the graveyard where he was working, carrying a map with her all those years, crossing off every town, city, and village she visited with no such luck in finding him, often covering her tracks in case any enemies she might have made would think of following her. To avoid any bad case of mistaken identity, Harmony always held and carried the photos she had of Boot Hill before he disappeared, carefully and secretly trying to match his face with that of every other male vulture and buzzard who lived in those places with barely any luck and nobody recognized her friend in the photo. Refusing to give up and accept that her friend was gone for good, there were still a few towns left that she had to search through, and the next stop would be Cow Town. Could she have finally found him? Only one way to find out. And if he is there, one thing for sure is that she is not leaving Cow Town without him, no matter how long it takes.

All that time during the only two seasons the show was given, she was out there somewhere still looking for Boothill, not yet knowing that he was in Cow Town as she was using the photos of him she had before he disappeared to see if any of the vultures and buzzards she finds in the places that she is exploring match his appearance, with no such luck, and even questions some townsfolk what they know about her friend in the picture, and stays alert in case if anyone who has kidnapped him may be trying to stop her, which is why she often covers her tracks to keep them from following her.
I'm so happy to hear that you think she is a beauty. You can bet Boothill will be delighted to see her, and might be shocked at first to wonder how she recognizes him, or knows of Avian City where he was born, or that night out in the graveyard (you might say he lost some of his memories the moment he became an outlaw and can only remember so much which must mean either Mayor Bulloney or TerrorBull did something to him to cause a certain memory loss which Harmony will suspect as she stays in Cow Town really hoping that Boothill is the one as she carefully studies any posters she finds of him and sees if his appearance matches the one in the photos she carried during her search for him), and by the time his lost remaining memories return, he will be delighted to see her.
